Common questions

Another question? Call us at (905) 898-0777.

Are your family doctors accepting new patients?

Availability changes during the year. Call us at (905) 898-0777 and the front desk will tell you the current status and how to register.

Do I pay to see a family doctor?

Visits to a family doctor are covered by OHIP when you have a valid Ontario health card. Some services, such as certain forms and notes, are not covered by OHIP and have a fee.

Can I fill my prescription in the same visit?

Yes. Taurus Pharmacy is in the same building, so you can see the doctor and pick up your medicine in one trip. We can also deliver it to your home for free.

What is the difference between a family doctor and the walk-in clinic?

A family doctor gives you ongoing care and keeps your full health record. The walk-in clinic is for quick visits when you need to be seen the same day.
