Do I need an appointment?
No. The walk-in clinic sees patients in the order they arrive during clinic hours. You can call (905) 898-0777 to ask about the current wait.
What should I bring?
Bring your Ontario health card, a list of your current medicines and any allergies you have.
Is the walk-in clinic free?
Walk-in visits are covered by OHIP when you have a valid Ontario health card. Visitors without OHIP can ask the front desk about private fees.
When should I go to the emergency room instead?
Call 911 or go to the emergency department for chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of stroke, severe bleeding, a serious injury or any situation that could be life-threatening.
